Full Position Description

The University of Washington Club on the UW Campus in Seattle seeks an Executive Chef to lead our Culinary Team. Qualified Can

Duties include working and overseeing Catered Events, Daily Lunch Service, 520 Lounge Menu Service, and Club Event Programs.  They are also responsible for ordering, inventory, menu writing, and scheduling.  We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who takes initiative, and has strong leadership skills.    A love of food and a willingness to explore world cuisine is a must.

F/T salaried position, pay $60,000 to $65,000, Medical/Dental (after 30 days) completely paid for by the Club, 401K (after 1 year), vacation (after 1 year) and sick time (after 6 months), Federal holidays off, on campus parking paid for by the Club, Husky Card.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferably hotel and/or private club experience
  • Completion of an accredited culinary program
  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen management experience
