Trilogy at Redmond Ridge seeks Director of Operations

The Director of Operations at Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a unique position with responsibilities that include oversight of club operations as well as the residential community association. Experience with on-site management of a large-scale community with extensive amenities is desired. The Director of Operations will actively support community values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows Members' needs to be met with a very high level of satisfaction. At Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, the team’s primary objective is to build relationships with and enhance the lives of our Members. This position reports to the General Manager and works with the Association Board of Directors and HOAMCO as necessary to fully manage the ongoing operation of the community and the club.
