Serving leaders and decision makers at membership clubs in Washington since 1948, the Evergreen Chapter of Club Management Association of America exists to create and foster community among our Members and to provide relevant resources and opportunities to help our Members and their Clubs succeed. Evergreen Chapter CMAA annually produces profession-specific programs to help Members connect with peers, industry experts, thought leaders, and service providers. Our award-winning programs keep managers current on the latest trends and changes in regulations, laws, and court rulings that impact the Private Club Industry, enhance Managers professional development, and advance them towards CCM certification. We partner with companies that understand our industry and supply our Clubs with products and services that enhance our Club operations and the Club Membership experience.

Last month, 24 Evergreen CMAA Members in person and 13 virtually had a chance to gather at the CMAA World conference and Club Business Expo in Tampa, Florida. We had an amazing time at the Tampa Convention Center, located along the Riverwalk in the heart of downtown with scenic waterfront views. Educational topics at the conference included Leadership Development, Leading Cybersecurity Trends, Feeding Off Feedback, Developing People and Delivering Results, Mastering Interpersonal Dynamics for Membership Growth, Predictive Financial Planning, Empathy, Club Branding, and more. Plus, the always-popular Idea Fair was an amazing way to gather inspiration from other Clubs. Check out the entries here.
