Nielsen-Hollister Scholarship
This scholarship is named in remembrance of
Julie Nielsen, CCM, CHE and Bob Hollister, CCM.
Both were accomplished General Managers, team builders and leaders in the private club industry. Julie thrived on finding, developing and supporting talented individuals. She created vibrant teams and believed in the pursuit of excellence through continuous education and professional development: Bob excelled at developing and supporting adept team members and said the most rewarding aspect of his career is, "working with young people aspiring to make Club Management their Career." Bob is personally responsible for launching the careers of eight successful General Managers.
This Scholarship has a monetary value of $3500

Susan Rogers Legacy Scholarship

This scholarship is named in honor of Susan Rogers. Susan Rogers managed the Evergreen Chapter of the Club Management Association of America for over 20 years. . With decades of experience in all facets of Club Management, Susan fostered connections, education, organization and leadership to create a vibrant, active and successful chapter of the CMAA. Endicott Coffee proudly presents this scholarship in honor of our mentor, Susan Rogers. The Executive Team at Endicott truly values the vision of building from the ground up and supporting the next generation of managers. In a small way, we hope this scholarship can boost one or two young managers to the next level.

Both subsequent scholarships will be awarded at the Chapter Annual Business Meeting in November 2026.

Who should apply? Any CMAA Wine Society member with current CMAA Professional status who is dedicated to professional development in the knowledge of wine.
DeLozier Family Scholarship

Who should apply? Current Professional or Alumnus member of CMAA who is committed to growing as a club management professional and leader, and who identifies as part of a group underrepresented in club leadership.
John and Andrea Dorman Scholarship

Who should apply? Professional member of CMAA who is an emerging club leader — not the GM or COO of their club.
Willmore H. Kendall Scholarship
Due August 10, 2026
Who should apply? Aspiring managers interested in pursuing the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation. The award includes 4 BMIs, the review course, and the CCM exam.
La Rocca Executive Scholarship

Who should apply? Current CMAA members with a minimum of 10 years of club supervisory or management experience who are interested in furthering their own professional development and actively mentoring others.
James Singerling Scholarship

Who should apply? Club industry professionals attending the CMAA World Conference & Club Business Expo for the first time.
Sally Rambo Scholarship

Who should apply? Female club managers interested in furthering their professional development. Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional CMAA membership.
