Annual Golf Tournament Registration

31st Annual Evergreen Chapter Golf Tournament

Monday, October 12th at Broadmoor Golf Club

$1200 per foursome, $300 per player

Registration includes lunch prior to golf, hors d’oeuvres after play concludes, beverages before and after golf, one raffle ticket per player, powered carts, and on-course competitions. All proceeds go to support Evergreen Chapter scholarship opportunities for continuing education.

Schedule

10:00 am – Driving Range & Putting Green Open with Putting Competition hosted by Gold Partner Golf Insurance Solutions

10:30 am – Registration with Endicott Coffee, Beverages and Lunch Available

11:45 am – Call to Carts, Welcome & Rules Review

12:00 pm – Shotgun Start, Four-Person Shamble Format

5:00 pm – Post Play Cocktail Hour and Hors D'oeuvres with Raffle Item Pickup
