Evergreen Chapter CMAA 29th Annual Golf Tournament Entry Form Monday, September 30th at Tumble Creek Golf Course at Suncadia

$1000 per foursome, $250 per player.
Registration includes lunch prior to golf, hors d'ouevres after
play concludes, three raffle tickets per player (a total value of $200 per team), powered carts, and on-course competitions.

All proceeds go to support Evergreen Chapter scholarship
opportunities for continuing education.

Schedule

10:00 am – Driving Range & Putting Green Open for Practice
10:30 am – Registration Open, Endicott Coffee Welcome, Bloody Marys and Lunch Available 11:45 am – Call to Carts, Welcome & Rules Review
12:00 pm – Shotgun Start, Four-Person Shamble Format
5:00 pm – Post Play Cocktail Hour, Raffle & Silent Auction Pick Up
